PM Kisan 21st Installment Release Date 2025
The PM Kisan 21st installment is expected to be released on or before October 20, 2025 (Diwali 2025). The Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan confirmed that Rs. 171 crore has already been credited to 8.55 lakh farmers in Jammu & Kashmir as part of early disbursement.
Earlier, on September 26, 2025, over Rs. 540 crore was distributed to 27 lakh farmers in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The remaining states will receive their installment in phased manner before the festive season.
This direct transfer ensures that eligible farmers get timely financial aid during Diwali, supporting their agricultural and household needs.

To receive the 21st installment, farmers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be an Indian small or marginal farmer with up to 2 hectares of cultivable land.
- The land record must be linked with Aadhaar and verified by the respective state government.

- Go to the “Farmers Corner” section on the homepage.
- Click on the “Beneficiary List” option.
- Select your State, District, Sub-District, Block, and Village.
- Click on ‘Get Report’ to view the list.
- Check whether your name appears on the list. If yes, you’ll receive ₹2,000 directly into your bank account.
How to Complete PM Kisan e-KYC Online
e-KYC is compulsory to receive the 21st installment. You can complete it through these simple steps:
- Visit pmkisan.gov.in and open the ‘e-KYC’ option under Farmers Corner.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and click on ‘Get OTP’.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
